1. What we guarantee
- The target: 1,000 combined views on your Starter video, plus any free videos we add, from viewers in your city and the surrounding area.
- How we count: we use the views and audience locations Instagram reports for those videos, including the local boost we run on them. Repeat views can count.
- The window: 7 days from the moment your first video goes live. Not from when you pay or send your video.
2. First: more videos, free
If the target isn’t met in 7 days, we make and post up to 3 more videos from your twin at no cost, each with the same local boost, within the next 14 days.
3. Then: a full refund
If the combined local views across your Starter video and the free videos are still under 1,000 at the end of those 14 days, we refund your $97 to your original payment method within 10 business days. You keep every video, and you don’t have to delete anything.
4. What we need from you
- An active, public Instagram Business or Creator account in good standing. Without one, the order still goes ahead, but the views guarantee doesn’t apply.
- Your 60-second video, and your approval of the first video within 48 hours of delivery.
- Videos left up, public and unedited during the guarantee window.
5. When the guarantee doesn’t apply
- Videos are deleted, archived or hidden during the window, or the account is made private.
- Instagram restricts the account or the content for reasons tied to the account’s history or content you supplied.
- Each Instagram account can use the guarantee once.
6. Add-ons
The bilingual add-on and the 10-video and 5-video packs aren’t covered by the views guarantee. If we haven’t started work on an add-on, you can cancel it for a full refund.
7. How to claim
Email support@tritongrowth.com from the address you bought with, with “Guarantee” in the subject, within 14 days of the end of your window. We check Instagram’s figures. You don’t need to give a reason beyond the numbers.
